The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday said that the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring rains in Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.,According to the weather bureau, Bicol Region, Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Marinduque, and Romblon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms,,Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.,Temperature will range from 26.7 degrees Celsius to 33.9 degrees Celsius.
