The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday said that Tropical Storm Domeng accelerates north northwestward and is now outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).,‘Domeng’ was located at 990 kilometers (km) east northeast of extreme Northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 105 km/h as it is moving north northwestward at 30 km/h.,“Outside the PAR region, ‘Domeng’ is forecast to move northwestward and will pass very close or over the Ryukyu Islands tonight before turning north northwestward on Sunday as it moves over the east China Sea,” according to the weather bureau.
