Resurgent Rain or Shine kept its streak going after defeating Terrafirma, 97-82, in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup yesterday at the Mall of Asia Arena.,The Elasto Painters, still fighting for a playoff ticket, displayed a well-oiled offense to claim their third straight victory and improve to a 4-6 card going to the final stretch of the eliminations.,Young guns Andrei Caracut and Anton Asistio paced Rain or Shine with 14 points each, while Leonard Santillan scored 11 of his 13 points in the first half.,Rookie Shaun Ildefonso also had 10 markers and five boards, while Norbert Torres delivered down the stretch by scoring all of his nine points in the final quarter.,“We showed a level of composure and grit tonight. We’ve seen how Terrafirma can get going once they gain their confidence,“Santi (Santillan) had a great bounce back game.
