Presumptive vice president Sara Duterte-Carpio is set to attend the wake of a supporter, who allegedly committed suicide, in Antique province, her spokesperson disclosed on Tuesday.,“She had earlier set a visit to the wake of a supporter in Antique who was depressed and bullied because of his political preferences and eventually committed suicide. Inday Sara also has meetings in Antique and Iloilo,” Liloan, Cebu Mayor Christina Garcia-Frasco said in a message to reporters.,Duterte-Carpio’s camp did not state further details.,Garcia-Frasco made the statement after reporters asked Duterte-Carpio’s election lawyer in an earlier press conference whether the presidential daughter is attending the proclamation by Congress, which may happen in the afternoon of 25 May, at the earliest.,“Presumptive Vice President Sara Duterte received information from the legal counsel of Lakas CMD of a possible date for the proclamation,” said Garcia-Frasco.,“She will endeavor to attend the proclamation and exert her best efforts to make it on time to Manila,” she added.
