Oppenheimer offer a new look at Emily Blunt’s character in the upcoming biopic. Following a long-running history in the thriller and sci-fi genre with blockbusters such as
Inception and
Interstellar, Nolan is dipping his toe into more biographical projects as the director gears up to tell the story of J. Robert Oppenheimer, otherwise known as the “father of the atomic bomb.”
Oppenheimer marks Nolan’s most recent film following 2020’s
Tenet which bombed at the box office, hindered by the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.,Oppenheimer will see a mixed bag of some of Hollywood’s biggest names come together to tell the story of the theoretical physicist’s involvement with the Manhattan Project during World War II. Following a string of appearances within Nolan’s previous projects, Cillian Murphy will star as
Oppenheimer himself, while Blunt is set to play his wife, Kitty. Oppenheimer which offer a look at Blunt’s character sporting a navy blue ensemble. The images were shared by
The Daily Mail, with another photo glimpsing Murphy’s Oppenheimer dressed in a three-piece suit and looking incredibly true to the time period. Oppenheimer has been shrouded in mystery from the very start aside from its impressive cast list, with only one official image of Murphy’s lead character having been released so far. Production officially kicked off earlier this year, with a number of photos since leaked from the set which have provided small glimpses at Pugh, Damon, and Downey’s characters.,Since 
Oppenheimer marks Blunt and Nolan’s first collaboration, there is certainly a chance that the star could reappear in some of the director’s future films as it’s certainly not unusual for Nolan to cast the same actors across his various projects. With a call-sheet as long as
