President-elect Bongbong Marcos has spent more than P623-million in his presidential campaign for the 2022 elections.,It is within the P674-million spending limit set by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for presidential candidates.,He filed his Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SoCE) through a legal counsel to the Campaign Finance Office of the Comelec on Tuesday afternoon.,Documents submitted to the poll body showed that Marcos received around P373.25 million “cash contributions from other sources”, P4.2 million “in-kind contributions from other sources”, and more than P247.23 million “in-kind contributions from a political party”.,Marcos received total contributions amounting to P624,684,320, but he only spent P623,230,176. This means Marcos has P1.4 million leftover campaign funds.,His SoCE showed that Marcos did not spend any personal funds or resources for his campaign.
