The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday said that the southwest monsoon will bring rains in the western section of Luzon.,According to Pagasa, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Oriental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.,Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought by localized thunderstorms.,Temperature will range from 25.4 degrees Celsius to 32.8 degrees Celsius.
