Starbucks released a statement on Monday that it will cover expenses for the travel cost of U.S. employees who are planning to get abortion or gender confirmation surgeries.,This only applies if the procedure is not available within a 100-mile span of their premises.,“We will always ensure our partners have access to quality healthcare,” Sara Kelly, executive vice president of partner resources of Starbucks, said in a statement.,Starbucks now joins the growing number of companies providing abortion benefits in the United States.
