This is not the last of our MCU movies.” The web-shooting superhero has had a somewhat confusing ownership history since the rights to the character have been owned by Sony since 1998, but more recent agreements with Marvel have allowed Spider-Man to appear in the MCU. Confirmation that this agreement will be continuing for at least three more movies allows for the possibility of introducing Holland’s Spider-Man to characters like Venom, Morbius, and perhaps even Miles Morales.
